Q: How do I sign up for the Wash Club?
A: Download the app now!
Q: How do I receive my online order:
A: We email them to you directly. Orders are emailed weekly and take 7-10 days to process. These codes can be scanned at our cashiers to redeem your wash!
Q: Can I have my order rushed:
A: We cannot rush orders due to a large number of online sales. If you place your order from our APP you get the same deal instantly! Get the APP now!
Q: I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?
A: Please accept our apologies and simply fill out the form again. Sometimes websites fail us, but we won’t fail you!
Q: I have a problem, is it faster to call you?
A: The only way to reach us is through our online form. The reason for this is that we need pertinent information to best assist you. Our inboxes are also heavily spammed, making it very difficult to offer the best service possible.
Q: Do you share my information?
Q: Why did you change the redemption process to emailing codes, I liked it the way it was?
A: We understand. Due to a large number of customer requests, we updated our system to serve you best. These codes can be used at our auto-cashiers at any of our six Chicagoland locations.

Q: How do I insert my TokeNote?
A: Barcode FACE UP, and then select the desired wash.
Q: My debit card says $8 or $10, but I did not spend that much, why?
A: This is a preauthorization amount. Debit and credit cards verify funds and will automatically update to the correct amount within a business day or two. You may prefer to use another method of payment. There is no need to contact us to have the hold deleted.
Q: Can I redeem my online sale in person?
A: No. To keep our services affordable, we are open 24/7 and are not always staffed. All deals are emailed.
Q: Can I combine cash, credit cards or a wash bought on the app for payment?
A: Yes!! Be sure to select your wash first if you plan to upgrade your wash.
Q: Why are there no employees at the car wash?
A: We are open 24/7 for your convenience. Our pricing structure supports a great wash, TOUCH FREE! We pass our savings onto you!
Q: Why don’t you offer the $3 car wash at all of your locations?
A: Our car wash equipment never touches your car. Many of the express washes will leave swirls on your paint. We offer the best possible solution to automatic car washes in the industry and are proud to do so!
